I'm a positive psychology and flow coach based in Helsinki, Finland. I'm trained by the Flow Research Collective, certified in positive psychology coaching, and I work with individuals and teams to create the conditions where people do their best work and live their most fulfilling lives.

I created The Flow Life because I believe we need to get our human foundations right — especially now that AI is reshaping how we work and live. The science of flow should be accessible to anyone willing to experiment, not locked behind expensive programs or academic jargon. 


I also work with organizations navigating the AI transition, helping them build cultures where people flourish rather than burn out. Every experiment in this newsletter is informed by the same principles I use with my coaching clients.
